Social media FAQ

What does “compliance-checked” actually mean?
Every post, story and caption is reviewed against California attorney-advertising rules — including SB 37's disclosure requirements — before it goes live. Your feed grows your brand without creating State Bar exposure.
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile are the core set; Yelp, LinkedIn and X are available as add-ons. We recommend platforms based on your practice areas — a PI firm and an estate-planning firm need very different mixes.
Why is there a 3-month commitment?
Social media compounds. Three months is the minimum window to build a content rhythm, learn from real engagement data, and show results worth judging us on.
Who creates the content?
Our team — strategy, copy, design and (on Gold and Platinum) custom video. You approve everything before it publishes.
